school premises & computer equipment
Golden Steps School for the Disabled was established in 1979 in
Ndwedwe near Verulam, KwaZulu - Natal. The school provides education
for over 220 "intellectually impaired" learners. The schools program
incorporates skills development and computer literacy.
Iqraa Trust responded to an urgent need to renovate and refurbish the
school's premises. Iqraa Trust also funded the purchase of computer
equipment to enhance and improve the school's computer literacy program.
