ASHVILLE PRIMARY SCHOOL
R 30 000 towards the construction of a Resource Centre

Iqraa Trust contributed to the construction of a much–needed resource centre for this rapidly expanding school which is located in a rural area called Ashville Farm in Maphumalo near Greytown in KwaZulu-Natal. The student roll increased from 113 in 2003 to 305 at the beginning of 2008 resulting in severe overcrowding. The contribution by Iqraa Trust has resulted in the establishment of an environment that is far more conducive to learning.
